Research & Development
Our Research & Development function is split into two specific areas:
New Concepts
The first is completely new concepts, with no clearly comparable product or solution. This area of work is driven by customers outlining an operational need allied to the inventive drive of the design/engineering skills base within the company.
We work closely with our customers and complementary organisations which may bring their unique insights into individual product development. This approach allows us to incorporate our Quadrant QA™ quality management system from the inception of a product/service, right through to the finished operational solution.
We also work closely with our patent attorneys* to ensure our British based innovative design(s) are protected from overseas imitations which may be of inferior quality and undoubtedly not subject to our Quadrant QA™.
Research & Development
The second R & D function is based around ongoing development of existing projects. We believe products and services should evolve, where possible, in advance of changes in function and demand.
All developments are subject to comprehensive revision documents which are available at any stage to be discussed with our customers, thus giving assurance that the development is progressing in a meaningful and proportionate manner.
